Welcome to the Mordecai CAC Parks web
site. Our parks committee, in conjunction with the Raleigh Parks and
Recreation Department, is proud of the recent renovation of the Mordecai Mini Park.
This playground is located at the corner of Poplar Street and Blount
Street, adjacent to Hope Elementary School, The Village at Pilot Mill,
and Mordecai neighborhoods. It was completely redesigned and reopened
in April 2008. The Raleigh Parks and Recreation Department has
continued to improve the park for us, adding natural play elements,
gates, and beautiful landscaping.
We hope that the Mordecai CAC community will enjoy the mini park for many years to come. We welcome feedback about the park. Please contact the parks committee co-chairs:
